How RobotAIGeek handles personal data for orders, accounts, briefings and support, under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
1. Who we are
ROBOTAIGEEK PTE. LTD. (UEN 202548307K), 51 Gentle Road, Singapore 309171 (“RobotAIGeek”, “we”, “us”) is responsible for personal data handled in connection with RobotAIGeek and the Robot Age Intelligence products/services, except where another party acts as an independent controller under its own notice.
2. Data we may collect
- Identity and business details: name, organisation, role/job title and business contact information.
- Account details: login identifiers, account status and authorised-user/organisation information.
- Order and billing information: product, licence, billing address, tax/business identifiers, payment status, invoice and transaction references. We do not receive or store full payment-card details; Stripe handles them.
- Service and support information: delivery status, briefing subscription, database/account activity reasonably necessary for service/security, support requests and correspondence.
- Technical information: IP address, device/browser information, security logs, cookie/SDK identifiers and usage information to the extent collected by the actual website stack.
- Marketing preferences and consent records.
- Information voluntarily supplied through surveys, event registrations, contact forms or other interactions.
3. Why we use personal data
- to process and fulfil orders, issue invoices and administer licences;
- to create and secure accounts and provide paid briefings/database access;
- to respond to support, billing, corrections and licensing requests;
- to detect abuse, credential sharing, fraud and security incidents;
- to maintain business, accounting, compliance and legal records;
- to improve the website/services using analytics where lawful and appropriately disclosed;
- to send service communications and paid briefings included in an order;
- to send optional marketing where permitted and subject to applicable consent/opt-out requirements;
- to comply with law and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
4. How we obtain and rely on consent or other permitted bases
We will notify individuals of the purposes for which personal data is collected, used or disclosed and obtain consent where required. Some processing may be necessary to perform a contract, comply with law, protect security or rely on another exception or deemed-consent basis available under applicable law. Optional marketing consent will not be bundled as a condition of purchasing the report where it is not necessary to provide the purchased service.
5. Who we disclose data to
We may disclose relevant personal data to service providers and professional advisers only as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including:

6. Overseas transfers
Some service providers may process personal data outside Singapore. Where the Singapore PDPA applies, we will take appropriate steps required for overseas transfers so that transferred personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA. 7. Service messages and marketing
Order confirmations, invoices, security notices, account notices and paid briefings that form part of an order are service communications. General promotional marketing is separate. Where consent is the applicable basis for marketing, you may withdraw it using the unsubscribe method provided or by contacting us. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not stop service communications necessary to perform an existing order.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics and other functions. Before publication, the website team must complete a cookie/SDK inventory identifying each technology, provider, purpose, duration and whether it is strictly necessary. Where target-market law requires consent for non-essential technologies, we will implement an appropriate consent mechanism. [CONFIRM actual cookie inventory.]
9. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, business/accounting/legal requirements, dispute handling and security. 10. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures appropriate to the nature of the personal data and the risks involved. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Suspected incidents should be reported promptly to info@robotaigeek.com.
11. Access, correction and withdrawal
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of personal data held about you, and may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We may need to verify your identity and may explain any lawful limitation or consequence of a request. Contact the DPO using the details below.

13. Changes to this Notice
We may update this Notice to reflect changes in our services, providers or legal obligations. The published version will show its effective date.
