These Website Terms govern public website/platform use. Paid purchases are governed by separate Purchase Terms, which prevail for a paid Order.
1. Operator and Scope
1.1 This website and associated online services are operated by ROBOTAIGEEK PTE. LTD. (UEN 202548307K), 51 Gentle Road, Singapore 309171 (“RobotAIGeek”, “we”, “us”).
1.2 These Terms govern access to our public websites, databases, account areas, articles, tools and other online content. Additional terms may apply to a particular paid product or programme.
2. Acceptance and Eligibility
By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you use the website on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so for that organisation. Do not use the website if doing so is unlawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate information where an account is required and keep your credentials secure. You must not share an individual account unless the applicable licence expressly allows shared access. Notify us at info@robotaigeek.com if you reasonably believe an account has been compromised.
4. Permitted use and Prohibited Conduct
You may use the website for lawful personal, professional or business research consistent with the access level provided to you. You must not:
- attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
- circumvent technical access controls or security measures;
- introduce malware, interfere with service operation or conduct disruptive security testing without authorisation;
- use bots, crawlers or automated extraction tools to systematically copy protected database/content except where expressly permitted;
- reproduce, republish, sell or create a substitute/competing database from substantial protected content without permission;
- use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or abusive activity;
- misrepresent affiliation with RobotAIGeek or another person.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, RobotAIGeek or its licensors own the intellectual-property rights in the website, original editorial content, database structure, software, branding, research and analysis. Access to the website does not transfer ownership. Third-party names, logos and materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.
6. AI and Automated Use
You must not upload or expose substantial non-public or paid RobotAIGeek content to public AI systems, public repositories or third-party systems in a manner that permits unauthorised retention, redistribution, model training or access. Any permitted enterprise-AI use of paid content is governed by the applicable Purchase Terms/licence.
7. Third-Party Links and Sources
The website may link to third-party sites or cite third-party sources. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, security or independent terms. A citation or link does not by itself imply endorsement.
8. General Research Disclaimer
Public research and commentary are provided for general information and do not constitute personalised investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice. Forecasts and estimates are uncertain. Confirm material facts and obtain appropriate professional advice for significant decisions.
9. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue free website features, perform maintenance or correct errors. Paid services are governed by their Purchase Terms and will not be reduced solely by relying on this clause.
10. Privacy and Cookies
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data. Cookie/SDK practices will be described in the Privacy Notice and, where appropriate, a separate Cookie Notice or consent interface.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, free website content is provided without a promise that it is complete, continuously available or suitable for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of free website content. Any liability for paid products is governed by the applicable Purchase Terms.
12. Corporate Contracting Party and no Personal Recourse
RobotAIGeek Pte. Ltd. is the operator. To the maximum extent permitted by law, directors, officers, employees and shareholders do not incur personal contractual liability solely by acting on behalf of the company. This does not protect any person from liability for that person’s own fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, criminal conduct or non-excludable liability.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use or a material breach of these Terms. Where practicable and appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a curable breach.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Singapore law, subject to mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory forum rights.
15. Changes and Contact
